
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds(optional) & cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken wings in half the glaze and bake for 25-30 mins until crispy.
- Brush with remaining glaze and broil for 2-3 mins for extra caramelization.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve hot!
