- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the whole cloves and let them cook for a minute until they release their fragrance, then remove them from the pan (you’ll discard them later).
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring to combine.
- Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the pan, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce and the juice of one lemon, mixing everything well.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve over steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. The cloves add a warming depth to this dish, complementing the zesty lemon and savory soy sauce.
