Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Toppings: sliced bananas, nuts, or berries

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
  2. Stir in the oats and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
  4. Serve with your choice of toppings.
